Free carpark for 3 hours. States that ANPR and patrols are in use. And adds that If you need more than 3 hours register with reception.Seemed to have plenty of spaces when i went. Midle of week and late afternoon.Flat and easy access to the health center, pharmacy and hospital.Lookes like it was a paid carpark at one time.
