All our aged Rhododendrons were devastated by the weather last year and we needed to have them all removed and replaced with a new garden design.Luke discussed the options with us and drafted several designs. Once we had settled on our preferred solution, Luke's men cleared all the dead plants, levelled the ground, lopped trees, erected a fence along our border, laid decking and built sleeper troughs for new planting, all to a very high standard.Throughout the work Luke and his men were punctual, professional, very friendly and helpful as we made changes along the way, nothing was a problem.We got the result that we wanted and will be getting Luke back once we have made a decision on the next stage.

It was great having Terra Firma in to landscape our garden. They were very responsive, approachable and professional. Luke listened what exactly we wanted and he and his team delivered that. We received initial design and quote within the timeline given by Luke during initial meeting. His team done a great job and guys are thorough and skilled. The whole team works like a well oiled machine. We very impressed with the speed but also quality of work. I contacted Terra Firma Landscapes to finally sort out my small garden. Luke visited and checked out the practicality of my plans. He discussed options, materials and finishes, providing advice without imposing any agenda of his own. Work on site was very well organised and efficient. It took the time predicted and the site was left in immaculate condition. I am delighted with the finished patio, stepping-stone path and pergola. In particular the attention to detail and level of skill in the finished work is excellent. I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending Luke and his crew.

Absolutely superb work from Luke and the team. They went over and above to ensure the best customer experience. They had a huge amount of debris to remove from the garden yet at the end of each day, the garden and patio were left spotless. Each member of the team was professional, polite and a pleasure to have at my place. Great work!

We had our front walkway done by Terra Firms Landscapes.We sourced a few quotes for the work to be done and decided with Terra Firma as Luke is very approachable and the quote was reasonably priced.Luke gave his opinion on slabs and finishes which was appreciated.Once the work was underway, the guys were always on time and worked to a very high standard. Luke was available throughout which was great.Once done we were really pleased with the work done, and Luke has sent one of the guys back to sort a couple of minor snags.Overall would highly recommend and will certainly be using again.

Terra Firma have done a fantastic job in our garden, building a clay pavers patio. Adam came round for the initial discussion and was able to answer our questions, and discuss the options with us.When it came to the work itself, the team from Terra Firma did a great job. We had two men on the site every day (except when it was rainy) - they did a fantastic job of clearing the area, levelling, and then laying the patio. Due to the size of clay pavers, it is precision work and they did a really great job of it - it looks brilliant. The team were friendly and also so clean and tidy, packing stuff up every day. We’re so happy and would recommend Terra Firma to anyone looking for a new patio!

I was recommended to Luke of Terra Firma by someone who already had really good experience with their gardening services. I got a response back quickly after initial enquiry, Terra Firma made it easy to identify what needed to be done and a date was put in diary for a trial visit. That visit has now happened, we are very happy with the work done and have scheduled gardening by Terra Firma once a month. Excellent service. Having moved into a new house this year, our previous patio was strangely shaped, not square with the house and had a step which made it total dysfunctional.As outdoor people who enjoy hosting, we wanted to make better use of the space for both personal use and party's, so got in contact with Luke, amongst others.We found Luke to be friendly, honest, knowledgeable and presented himself professionally. We felt he was the standout candidate of the three landscapers we invited over to quote.Once we agreed terms, Luke sent in Sasha and Andrey who were punctual, tidy and efficient. They were approachable and communicated well throughout the project, paying attention to detail on things such as the height of the steps, pattern of the tiling and colour of the manhole to cover the drain.The work was carried out within the timescales we were given and we couldn't be happier with the result. Thank You so much for the amazing turf that was kindly gifted to us for our Preschool at Holy Innocents. The children have been able to go outside and relax under the shelter with comfort reading their favourite books. We can’t thank you enough.Love from us all :)
