Some staff need to improve their attitude there should be a rule of no visitor being allowed to supply any resident with alcohol at any point

My aunt stayed here whilst recovering from a broken hip and wristAt 91 she needed a lot of care and she was never left short , the food was excellent and she was encouraged to eat with everyone in the dining room as soon as she could walk with a frame , the staff showed so much patienceAll staff are wonderful and cheerful with such a kind attitude, I will be forever grateful as she recovered enough to return to her home last week and is doing greatThank you on behalf of our family I hope your kindness is one day repaid

I spent 5 weeks there, they looked after me. The staff were very kind, nothing was to much for them the food was excellent

This home is a joke? they are supposed to be a care home whichprovides 24/7 care and nursing?yet they list all the medical conditions/disabilites they can handleand yet they turned my mother down because they can not showerher twice a day? which was not necessary (stated she showered twicedaily when she lived at home)Manager is a joke will be getting in touch with the Owners to complainpersonally about what the Manager has said,Guess they won't be too happy that they have lost the income on thatroom because of the Managers lame excuse

Facilities are just ok and carers are stars! However, there is always room for improvement. Nana stayed with Orchard's few months and we want to thank the staff for their kindness and compassion. I just wish you would hire more staff so everyone is well looked after.

They are hard working individuals that made me proud of our collective work.The service users are happy and in charge of their one lives.Rarely you can find a place like this

Very lazy staff, except for a couple of exceptions, other wise grossly neglectful of the their patients in their care, most carers try to hide in the gardens and smoke and get away with doing as little as possible. Avoid at all costs. My grandmother was told they didn't feel her condition warranted an ambulance we called one anyway only to find out when we got to hospital she was suffering from kidney failure.
