Truly one of the best and most honest phone stores I have ever been to. I came in with a phone ready to throw away. However, Abbas did his best to recover my phone and make it function as a new phone. The environment is very friendly, and the staff is very helpful. I visited them today for a laptop-related issue (about its speakers). They did the job quickly, well, respectfully, and professionally. They were knowledgeable, resourceful, friendly, asked for as many details as needed in order to know what the exact issue was and what they had to do, and then they provided a choice of available options to tackle the problem (for which they were empathetic). They were precise about what they would do, how much it would cost as well as by when it would be completed. Once I got back back, I was totally happy that they had fixed the issue and so I would trust them to use their services again. Their top-notch service deserves the maximum number of stars. Their professional approach reminds me of mine (which has been highly-praised) and thus these people also deserve praises and 5 starts. I whole-heartedly recommend them and I will probably be using their services again in case that I need to.

Friendly staff and fantastic service. Repaired a broken fan on my laptop (when other larger companies like curries said they couldn't obtain the parts ). Would definitely recommend and go again.
