I had a lovely experience visiting The Orthodontic Clinic to get a replacement retainer fitted!!Dr Doherty gave me helpful advice about wearing and looking after my retainer, and took the time to make sure that all of my questions were answered. She gave me the impression that no question was too small and I could tell that I was in knowledgeable, professional, and caring hands.When I called they were able to offer me an appointment the next morning. I called various surgeries in the area but chose this one due to the warm welcome and genuine friendliness which I received over the phone. The staff at the clinic are super friendly, helpful and caring. The clinic is clean and well presented, and there is a comfortable waiting room with a huge magazine collection and TV.I gave Dr Doherty positive feedback on her dental nurse who also answered the phone to me and greeted me in reception, as she was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole experience. They were both absolutely delighted to hear my feedback, and they expressed genuine interest in my opinion. This made my experience even more lovely - it's great to be treated with such respect and to know that an establishment values their customer feedback so highly.

I have been in the capable hands of Dr Doherty and her team for just over 6 years in total, due to having a complex case. Throughout all my visits i have been made to feel comfortable, with accommodating appointment times and a professional, friendly and understanding response to any query i may have had. No question i had was too small, making a potentially nervous experience totally fine.The team are both friendly and professional; Dr Doherty has always taken the time to explain in detail the path for my treatment and expectations of what will happen as a result.My experience with the orthodontic clinic has been nothing short of fantastic and i am over the moon with the results! Thank you!

A big thank you to Dr Doherty for my new smile! Being 28 at the time of getting braces, I was a bit hesitant about having braces. Dr Doherty was great at explaining the available options and I am glad that I went with her suggestion of damon braces. I was expecting pain and misery for the duration of my treatment, however the reality was far from it, the braces were at worse, a mild annoyance. Having spent the last year and a half in braces, I cannot recommend Dr Doherty enough. At every appointment, I had a LOT of questions and she answered every single one of them. She listened to all of my concerns and made sure I was absolutely satisfied with the outcome of the treatment (and I was very picky). When my bracket popped off, the staff could not have been more accommodating to fit me to get it fixed. Overall, I am in love with my new smile and cannot thank Dr Doherty and her team enough!

These guys are amazing! So friendly and competent. My fixed retainer broke and they were the only orthodontist in Sheffield who would take me (I got my orthodontics done outside of Sheffield). They fitted me in even though they were busy and even for an extra appointment to trim it in the meantime before my main appointment so it was comfortable. Everyone was so lovely, knowledgeable and honest. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend and I'll be back for anything I need.

Having attended this practice for over a year, it is the greatest decision I made. The service is courteous and competent, and I felt at ease all throughout my treatment. In addition, Dr Doherty did an amazing job and is very knowledgeable, and I feel extremely impressed and appreciative with the outcome and cannot recommend this practice enough.

Dr Doherty and her team exceeded my expectations for orthodontic treatment. I chose to go with Invisalign, and my treatment went very smoothly. All my retainers fit perfectly, and my teeth moved in the exact way they were predicted to. Dr Doherty makes you feel very welcome, she is always open to answering questions and listening to any of your concerns.

Dr Doherty and her team are extremely professional and friendly. Everything about your treatment is fully explained and they are always happy to help if you have any questions or concerns. My treatment was very straightforward and reassuring throughout. My teeth look fantastic - better than I could have ever imagined. Thank you for giving me the confidence to smile again.

I thoroughly recommend Dr Doherty and the team at The Orthodontic Clinic Sheffield. I'm really pleased with the results.I've had both upper and lower sets of teeth re-aligned under the care of Dr Doherty and her team of 2+ years using Invisalign. I debated about the pros and cons of extraction and was guided through the process for both options.I went for extractions (2 premolars) after considering the predicted results in the Invisalign 3D tool which was very helpful. The extractions were unpleasant but I'm glad I did it.I really liked the friendliness and flexibility of the team. Being able to park nearby is really helpful. The advice has been great and covid has not had an impact on the outcome. I feel more smiley and confident as a result.

I was very happy with the service provided by this orthodontist. The staff were friendly, knowledgable and helpful. My new set of retainers fit perfectly! I'd recommend this practice to anyone needing braces.

I have just finished my Invisalign treatment and I couldn't be happier. I am very please with the final result. Dr Doherty is a very nice person, always happy to give her professional advice.
