Brian sorted my TV/DVD recorder problem so efficiently the same day I phoned him. I was very impressed & would recommend him to everyone in Wirral with TV problems. Don't know how I have coped without him for so long! A very useful man to know!

I recently moved to Hoylake in the Wirral and had problems with my TV and digital recording box. I called Brian out and he checked everything for me; retuning the sets and explaining that it was the television and not the box as I originally thought. He recommended a local company and I managed to purchase a new TV with a 6 year warranty (better than most) and today he came along and set it up for me. It was beneficial to know exactly what was needed, plus an effort to ensure that I didn`t have any unnecessary costs, above what was required.He was friendly, polite and efficient, as well as punctual; updating me on his arrival time. I appreciated him taking the time to explain everything and how it works as I am quite a technophobe. His patience and assurance is a bonus. He goes that extra mile.Brian`s rates are decent yet not excessive, considering the thorough and detailed service he proffers. His efficiency is apparent through his extensive knowledge of the products and how adept he is at setting everything up.He comes highly recommended and I would pass his details onto friends and family when they require a top technician in this area. His demeanor is benevolent, well-mannered and polite with understanding of your needs, plus he is the consummate professional.

Brian has just installed our new TV and sound bar. He did everything including unpacking all the boxes, installing the Sonos app and tidying away our old equipment. Brian was very helpful in setting up both my Plusnet broadband and new LG television both out of their boxes. For me, it was so good to have him set up the aerial connection, tune in the channels and then go through the remote control. He kept me in the loop prior to his arrival and went the extra mile to ensure everything worked as it should. He has saved me hours of stress and for that I am eternally grateful
