My partner had the unpleasant surprise to find his chainsaw's tank empty when repair was done. Of course he didn't check right away but found out later. Very disappointing. Some people clearly believe customers are there to be milked

The lad that served us is called Lee. He has limitless knowledge of the equipment and its care, as well as its suitability for the task in hand. Don't bother with dodgy deals on line, if you're after grassland or woodland equipment, come here and seek him out. Shame I could only give five stars.

I'd just like to thank both Graham and Kenny for the great service I received this week. Graham drove across to my house, picked my ailing lawnmower tractor up, worked to find a solution to the problem, phoned me to discuss options, worked even harder to get it going, (long story - wrong gearbox etc), and then charged a more than fair price together with returning said tractor to my home. Great service all round.

I've been a long term customer of this business since 2004 and will never be back after the conversation I had this morning with a delightful chap called 'Barclay' who quoted me a price for a new chainsaw. A very arrogant 'if you don't like the price go elsewhere' attitude was on display. I have always tried to keep business local where possible even if it means paying more than online prices, but as I have now had the chance to compare the quote I'll definitely be going elsewhere. More than 20% cheaper for the same chainsaw online and with the added bonus of getting no bad attitude!
