I lived with Student Life for 1 year and had an overall fantastic experience. Any issues were quickly resolved with quick and constant communication throughout the entire year. Kevin was especially helpful, with fast responses to emails and had our comfort in our home at the centre of his priorities.I would highly recommend Student Life to anyone looking for a student home!

Not the best experience overall. But heard many horror stories of student letting agencies and we had a better experience than some other students have reported about others. Glad to be back into private tenancy and out of student.

Overall, I've had a very positive experience with Student Life Lettings. I was very fortunate to have encountered Chloe during my search for a place to stay for my upcoming studies. Chloe was particularly patient and accommodating, especially with regards to the multiple changes I had to make with regards to the tenancy. She was always professional and clear when answering my questions, and prompt in her responses/follow up. Thank you once again Chloe for your hard work, it's greatly appreciated!

Student Life have been the best student letting agency I have been with in my 4 years at uni. By being kind and polite to them, I always received the same energy back. They had always been quick to respond to my emails and rectify any issues I had. Finally, they were incredibly fair with the charges from my deposit at the end of the tenancy.

Any issues we had were dealt with promptly and efficiently. The communication was really strong, especially from Ria who always kept us updated! The agency was always helpful and always had a friendly attitude. I was very impressed by the way the agency handled the Covid-19 situation. They were very understanding and did everything they could to help us - which is the kind of attitude you need from a student letting agency, but don't see very often in other agencies. I would definitely recommend Student Life - the best letting agency in Plymouth. I have had a great year with them!

Having rented through two other agencies in Plymouth and not exactly had the best experience, Student Life have restored my faith. Maintenance response and repairs have been the issue in the past but Student Life have an amazing maintenance manager and we found essential repairs were dealt with really quickly. Shame this is my final year or I would rebook. Students - pick you agency wisely

As a student coming to the end of my second tenancy year with Student Life, I can confidently say they are a fantastic letting agency that I would highly recommend. They have remained friendly, professional and efficient throughout: responding to queries quickly; resolving issues as soon as they are reported. Best letting agency I've used in the 4 years I've lived in Plymouth. Very quick to get back to me on any problems. Properties I've stayed in were high quality, especially for the reasonable prices. They also provide well priced storage options for the summer which has made the moving process so much easier. Would heartily recommend.

Such a good letting agency! I’d been with another company prior tho Student Life but they were much better! They’re quick to reply to any emails, and try to resolve issues as quickly as possible. Notable to mention that Ria goes above and beyond to fix anything, and is a pleasure to talk to! Would definitely recommend this letting agency over anyone else in the city!
