You could go down the gym and run on a treadmill for an hour or you could have a cardio workout while having fun, learning and meeting people... P.S. If you are thinking, 'well I can't dance', erm that's why it is called a dance lesson, it's for people that can't dance!

Great to watch

It's a blast! Welcoming to beginners and more advanced dancers a like. The instructors are always nice and the atmosphere is fun and friendly - a definite recommend!!

Thank you to Holly and Brian for a brilliant year. You have put in Sooooo much effort!! It's hard to think of ways your teaching could have been any better - clear, patient, always positive and encouraging, constant good humour... and FUN!!! :) :) 2019 has been a life-enriching experience thanks to you. Looking forward to even more in 2020. (Might even finally master some of those basics!)
