The best decision with a rental property ever! I had been renting my property through the traditional agents direct to tenants route and have had nothing but issues with the property and the tenants. I then got introduced to living london and it has been amazing- they take all the hassle out of owning and renting a property. They started off by agreeing a very good long rental price and then seemingly refurbished the whole property for free (and really nicely) before the tenants move in. They have a full property management and maintenance team so any issues are sorted immediately leading to happy tenants and a delighted landlord as I never hear about the issues and if I do hear anything then it is from an incredibly helpful and proactive team- highly recommended!

I look after properties for living London and do graphic design temp work for them. The office atmosphere is amazing. They are generous and flexible and very supportive. Highly recommend from a job perspective but also as a resident

I was a Living London tenant in two separate houses on separate occasions for a total period of almost 3 years. Having lived in a small number of homes with other agents, I can honestly say that Living London truly stands out. They have provided a fantastic service. Their homes are very clean, modern and stylish and their maintenance team is very responsive and helpful. I felt valued as a tenant and the team was always very supportive. Would certainly recommend living with them to anyone.

Lived in a living london property for 4 months before the landlord evicted the whole house with 1 month notice. Compounded with extortionate cleaning costs that were charged for fair wear and tear for the whole house, which was in poor quality to begin with (broken bed and leaking shower moving in, no clean moving in). You have essentially no rights with their licence to lease rather than tenancy agreement. Be very careful dealing with this company.

Appalling company, that evicts its residents illegally during national lockdowns - avoid at all costs. Would never deal with this atrocious company again. Staff are bullies and clearly unknowledgeable of basic property law. Don't be duped by their sales pitch.Illegal eviction aside, property was in poor condition throughout, ill-maintained and the room wasn't cleaned on arrival.

The LL team manage the property I live in and they have been great throughout my experience since June 2019. Particular mention goes to Emily for her responsiveness and her professional support particularly during the pandemic, always so helpful and friendly to work with. Bernie has also been exceptional. I have sent him a plethora of emails with repair requests or general help and he has been brilliant every time and has addressed each one so professionally and efficiently, he is a great asset to the team. The property is so beautiful and the team keep it running so well, making my experience there so successful!Thank you LL for your support, Anna-Louise

This company keep you in a fixed contract for a maximum of 3,4,5 months so that they have the ability to raise rent prices when you vacate your housing agreement.They also keep you in a letting agreement rather than a tenancy agreement so essentially you have no rights to 'fair wear and tear' and can charge you extortionate amounts off of your deposit for cleaners who do not even attend to clean afterwards.You have essentially no rights. Be very careful dealing with this company.

I lived in a living London property for just over a year. Please see below a few reasons why I’d urge anyone NOT to go with them:1. Paid up to £240 in additional bills a month2. Housemate walked into my room at 6am, just in his underwear and intoxicated.3. A different housemate threatening to “go nuclear” on the rest of the house, as well as other suspicious activity. This forced the girls in the house to move out for 2 weeks as they feared for their safety.4. You will not get your deposit back. They will explore every avenue not to give it back.For instance, I lost mine because I did not include my already heavily stained mattress in the move in report. P.S I was also using two mattress toppers for the whole year.5. There is frequent additional charges to the rent advertised.6. They charge £80 per hour for one of their employee’s to come round and inspect our radiators.This is just a few but list does go on.

I am a landlord who started renting my house through Living London because I moved out of the city and could not manage the property easily.From my perspective, I have found working with Living London great.First, they have transformed the house in a way that I could never have managed - they have in-house plumbers / decorators / builders etc. who are readily available. The house is extremely well looked after.Second, I have found their maintenance team to be wonderful, especially Bernie. He emails me with problems (a leak, a failed boiler etc.) and immediately presents me with a solution.On a recent occasion we had failed hot water and he took the trouble to realise that it was in the last year of its 10 year warranty. He got Bosch in (within a couple of days), who replaced the main heath exchanger at no cost, and then their in-house plumbers took care of the rest of the job (power flush). All of this with no hassle on my side and with the confidence that the tenants were being looked after.I would never manage my own property again.
