Really happy with the service we had in Swansea, no problems, great all thank to sue in Swansea. But Llanelli was really bad service even managers couldn't help us with a problem was not resvoed. Better in Swansea 100%

Went to look for a new printer. Very knowledgeable staff who were friendly and not pushy. Unfortunately the printer we liked was not in stock at our local store but was in another store in Llanelli. Would rather buy locally so left store empty handed. Great free parking

We recently bought 2 new fridges from Currys for our self catering cottages at Clyne Farm Centre. Unfortunately, one of the fridges was faulty, however Currys couldn't have been more helpful with the process. The correspondence, customer service from all involved was excellent. Very impressed as can be hard to find such good responsive and helpful quick service from a larger company.

Visited to buy a new phone.Hannah was really friendly and helpful. She was very knowledgeable with all the different phones and contracts and helped us find the right one for my needs.Would recommend advice from Hannah at this store.Hopefully, I won't need a phone anytime soon, but if I do, I know who to ask.

Staff were great as the website was acting up and i couldnt order online to collect and so they sorted it in store (although I did meet one or two who were dismissive but i assumed I caught those ones on an off day) overall i got what I needed done and in a timely manner. Plus disability wise its quite level and there is a lift though there was no disabled parking outside the store. Disabled parking was round the corner but there are usually non disabled spaces outside if you need the additional space for a mobility aid it is an issue.

Would not recommend shopping at this store again.No real customer service after trying to return a faulty item which was six months oldAsked for an exchange or refund. Or to pay the difference on a better model.All refused. Only offered a repair leaving me without my appliance for a month at least.It's such a shame after all the money we have spent over the years with them.Won't be happening again

Had to wait a while as the store was quite busy (black Friday weekend) some of the staff there must have been fairly new as they kept asking questions of my server who seemed to know all the answers.I had done my reasearch and knew the compeditors prices, so I went ahead and bought the new phone on the day at a good price which took around an hour and a half, my server was curtious and polite she gave me all the relevant information to allow me to make an informed choice about my purchase, she helped fit the screen protector I had added to my basket, The process was slow but understandable due to numbers of shoppers in store. I am happy with both the product and the service so would happily return for other products without hesitation,

Very disappointed. Recently visited to inquire about some video games for my newly purchased Xbox series x. Got told they are behind the counter. They were there but placed in a way that you cannot see it! If you want the customer to buy something make it visible!! Walked out and went to Tesco where they have a visible section of movies and games. You lost a customer.
