Contract Flooring

I walked into the Contract Flooring show room and I was immediately welcomed by Patryk Fetter, the Sales Manager, who has extensive experience and helped me to choose the right product for my new house. He did not put any pressure on me and made me feel very comfortable. I normally shop around before buying anything and I definitely did this regarding my flooring but at the end I decided to use Contract Flooring because of their high quality service, warranty and most importantly competitive price. The Fitting team was very professional, kind and polite. I am very happy with this service, thank you to Patryk and his team.

Shame there isn't an option for 0 stars.I placed and paid for an order that was meant to be on 1-3 working days delivery. I am now 2 weeks further on and still haven't received the goods. Whatsmore I have phoned and spoken to Contract Flooring three times and every time he just blames the company he buys from and tells me he'll ring me back. He hasn't rung me back.Last week he assured me that my order would arrive the next day. It didn't.I just phoned to speak to him again today, it's 4pm and the guy has gone home already. Utterly unprofessional and hugely frustrating.Please don't waste your money, please don't order from this company. Unreliable and for all I know I will not ever receive my goods..... for which I haven't been offered a refund! Also worth noting - I spoke to the people he shares an office with and I'm not the first disgruntled customer by any means. I used the word incompetent and I was told that there are plenty others that have said the same. I have no idea why he has a 5 star review on google!!If for some chance he actually reads this then my order reference is GETYMWNOE. I expect you to at least call me and update me on what on earth you are playing at.** UPDATE A FURTHER WEEK ON!! - No contact again and still no materials!! It truly is ridiculous now and still no contact from Contract Flooring. I will keep updating this review until I finally receive the goods that I've paid for. I'm beginning to question if he is still in existence!

Contract Flooring is everything that you need at the right price! Patryk is super polite and an ultimate professional, with an awesome attention to detail. He is the guy you would like to have around when shopping,he surely knows what’s he doing. We were in doubt and not really sure what we wanted and needed,however he was patient enough to lead us through the process. Great work ethic,would recommend! 10/10

We can't recommend Contract Flooring enough!!They have been amazing support for our NAWT animal rescue charity in Hayle.The whole team have been so helpful but the generosity of John has blown us away! In a world where some days can be so tough, it is very heart warming to know that their are people like John out there.We always try to buy things for our charity locally rather than going to corporate businesses and we can certainly say that the Contract Flooring team will look after all your flooring needs. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are happy to answer any questions you have and give advice where needed. Well Done guys :-)

Great job from the choosing of the tiles to the organising of the fitting and of course the fitting was great too. All round great service

Pleasant to speak to, good variety in the showroom, but downhill after that didn't fit floor on date agreed, 3 wks late ,shoddy work, had to come back, but still not a good job wouldn't have them back

Thanks to Patryk, he only started recently but our bathroom now looks magnificent! From our very first contact, he took the time to get to know us, he listened to what we wanted, as opposed to so many other salespeople who will sell you what they want. If you want your floors to look perfect, or if you are unsure about what is that you exactly want, unsure about design or quality-Patryk or John are definitely your guys! You can get everything you need at right price!

Great show room and sales. Beyond that appalling service. False promises and major delay’s with laying my floor in the new build, it delayed the installation of my stairs, plus the builder had to proceed with putting on the skirting boards before they came to lay the flooring. It now looks poor, the quality of some of the workmanship is very poor and John never returned within the 12 months to correct problem areas.I cannot believe the 5 star recommendations, but if you look at the names and then walk around the show room and go into the office you will see his staff and their families haven written the reviews! Seriously, avoid this company go else where.

The fitter Derek, came and laid the tiles, he was very quick and tidy, we now have a beautiful floor, we will see you again for the hall floor, also the selection of floor coverings was the best we have seen. Thank you all so much.
