Cedar Lodge Nursing Home

The home provides a very caring environment and staffs are very disciplined and organized. They take care of my relatives as their own. We are always well-informed and they respect the dignity and freedom of our relatives at all times.

My mother in law and her sister are residing at Cedar Lodge. It is amazing place well run and a caring atmosphere where a person's dignity is respected. I cannot praise both the staff and Manager enough they deserve more than5 stars

DO NOT GO THERE! Terrible care. My father was left with a chest infection for days and the nurse on duty never called an ambulance when he was struggling to breathe. He passed away in hospital and they initially agreed to give us time to collect his things. Days later, they had thrown all his belongs in boxes and were repainting the room. Several of his belongings were missing (or kept suspiciously separate in the office). Even his chocolates had been stolen. He no socks or underpants to wear in his coffin. The disrespect and indignity was disgusting. There were other signs of neglect and dad was miserable there. They delayed and delayed our complaint, and tried to pass the buck. Even their head office was a waste of time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Awesome staff

I would like to thank all the team at Cedar Lodge Nursing home for the care, support they provided to my close family member DL . Unfortunately he passed away a couple of weeks ago.A heartful thank you especially to Kim, he always went above and beyond to meet the needs of DL, he showed professionalism at all times even at times his patient was distressed.

Always found the staff to be caring.
