I contacted Blue Flame as I was carrying out some house renovations, and wanted to upgrade my 20+ year old boiler with a new and more efficient model. I also wanted the boiler moved to a new location.Garry came to survey the property and offered some great advice and information which helped me to make a decision.The quote was received by email within a couple of days. This included a breakdown of all the requested works, and was very competitive compared to other quotes.The two engineers who came to carry out the installation were very professional, and the works were carried out to the highest of standards.I felt confident in being able to leave the property whilst the works were being carried out. The areas were left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of each day.Following installation Garry took time to re-visit the property and run through all of the features/settings of my new boiler, and ensure that I was happy with the installation.A couple of weeks later I also received the Gas Safe and boiler warranty certificates as promised.I would gladly hire Blue Flame to carry out further works in my property, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

For the sake of accuracy I intend to go through the process of my Heating Problem.Went to put my heating on at 14:20,noticed thermostat not working,phoned Blue Flame immediately,No reply,Please text problem,5 minutes later reply from Gary himself,be with you in 5 minutes.5 minutes later he was at the door.Cannot repair it,very sorry you need a new Thermostat.Gary then showed me how to put my heating on, just in case it gets cold,made sure I knew what to do,so he asked me to go through the process myself. Less than 1 week later offer to fit new thermostat,I was not in so new date fixed,Gary arrived on the Monday morning,Fixed thermostat,with a better one than I had in previously.Outstanding service from an outstanding company with a brilliant work ethic.This is not the first time I have to call them out,each time the service has been excellent.If you really want an impressive caring company to look after your heating system,look no further,Blue Flame are truly the best of the best.Paul Howard-JonesPorth

New Baxi combi boiler just installed by Blue Flame in place of my old boiler and tank. The process was arranged and overseen efficiently throughout by Garry who answered all my questions and talked me through how to use the new system after installation. The installation work and the removal of the old tank and boiler were done by Carl who worked tirelessly to get the job done on time and very neatly. I have no hesitation in recommending this friendly, professional firm and will use them again.

I am really really impressed with this company. I had them out to put in a boiler for me. They were brilliant and it only took a day.They also came out today for my mother’s boiler and fixed it, when a contractor earlier was sent out via a big company who had told her the boiler couldn’t be fixed and recommended only getting a new one. The contractor charged more for just coming out than it was for Garry to come and actually fix it.They also have done boiler services for my other family members and they agree they found them to be trustworthy, good at the job, reliable and friendly. Was recommended Garry for a new boiler installation ,and not disappointed at all.From the first meet Garry was polite and talked us through the installation and a choice of boiler.On the day of installation , Garry and Ryan worked diligently throughout the day.All carpets were covered and paintwork protected for the removal of my old boiler.The new boiler was installed and operating at the end of a 11 hour day for the guys.Everything was left spotless.Five star plus company
