Charlotte helped us find and buy our 1st home in a quick and efficient manner, guiding us every step of the way. She is now helping us to remortgage. Even after 2 years she still remembers different bits we’ve share with her about our life it’s as if she has know us for years. Charlotte took on our case after we were initially abandoned by someone else. Since the very beginning Charlotte was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond by doing late night video calls and emails to work around our work schedules. She made us feel calm and at ease from start to finish, her and her assistant Angie couldn't have been anymore amazing. Mortgages are very stressful and hard work and Charlotte took all that stress away. Thankyou so much Charlotte and Angie you were both incredible :)

What can I say 10/10 experience from beginning to end. Charlottle and her team are so professional. They worked hard to find us the best deal in this current climate and thankfully we locked in at the best rate possible. Charlottes assistant Angela is very efficient. Excellent communication throughout the process. Both ladies are great in what they do and I couldn’t recommend Charlotte more!! Lovely chatty and puts you at ease during what I found a stressful time! Thanks again ladies!

Charlotte gave fantastic advice on updating our life insurance package as the existing one wasn't particularly good and spent plenty of time going through all aspects to make sure we got the deal best suited to our needs.She also helped us find the best new mortgage deal and then went out of her way a few months later at the 11th hour to change this when a better offer became available
