Houndsditch Post Office
One of the best post office branches around. Given the proximity to the city, the branch is very big. They have a lot of staff and so plenty of counters, especially during busy periods (12-2pm). Expect a bit of a que during lunch time.They have self service machines and actual staff to help you with it. They also have a collection counter for parcels which is extremely helpful as you don't have to wait in the general que.

Very accessible location, very spacious, and convenient opening hours until 6pm. WHSmith stationary section and the self-service machines are a bonus. There's a ticket machine in the entrance. You need to get a ticket and wait in the seating area for your number to be called. Providing banking services saves the trip to the bank for many account holders from all banks. Customer service is not bad but can be better.

Visit this PO frequently due to work & it’s honestly the best PO in London, they are the friendliest PO workers I’ve ever experienced. Not just friendly but efficient too. Special shoutout to Ola for giving me the barcode to make this review. But all of the workers are amazing anyway, I would mention them all by name if I could.

This must be the best Post office that I ever visited anywhere. Efficiently organised. Quick , competent and polite service. Good seating. It also seems to be a rather well kept secret, so that the cues are usually relatively small.

I handled the mailing service in this Post Office，and the service felt good to me this time, although I had to queue up, I was soon in line. My agent is Miss Helen, who has helped me a lot. She is very friendly and efficient. She listens to customers' needs patiently and then solves their problems.

I consistently have a wonderful experience at this post office. The ticket system for queuing is incredibly helpful, and there's even a self-service terminal for basic post if you want to skip the queues. The staff are all friendly, professional, and go out of their way to help you. Overall, I highly recommend this post office for its excellent service.
