Brindley Vauxhall Service Centre Cannock

I bought my new car from Gold Star at the end of May and received 5 star service at all times!We met Steve when we stopped by to look at the car, and then following day stopped by for a test drive which was of no inconvenience to the team and about two days later took the car home!Steve was fantastic throughout the whole process. He was knowledgeable, friendly and made the whole process easy.The car has three months standard warranty, which I cannot fault both sales and service department have been flawless!Would definitely buy another car from here again and would to recommend to a friend!Thank you all at Brindley!

Took my car today for its first service. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Drinks and a warm welcome upon arrival. Car ready for time requested and had even been washed and vacuumed. Would highly recommend.

Utter cowboys they lent us a courtesy car ,when i delivered it back they started to point out damage which we didn't doIt's a good way for them to get car repaired at someone else's expense they new exactly where to look beware people they are crooks.

I took my vauxhall Corsa in for a timing chain repair and the team were so helpful! The garage were always informing me every step of the way! They got the mechanic's to get the car into the garage for diagnostics asap! They gave my daughter some colouring sheets and even put cebeebies on for her while we waited. I gave the go ahead for my car to be repaired they kindly took me home (to Telford). Unfortunately my car wasn't able tobe repaired without needing a new engine. The garage have been super helpful and understanding that I now need to get my car scrapped and collected from there site.

Had a problem with my Crossland and spoke to Vauxhall uk regarding this. Then when to the garage for a diagnostic check, news not good, however between Joshua Bradshaw and Jason Green at the garage they liaised with Vauxhall uk on my behalf after diagnosis. There help regarding this situation was was first class and I believe that had they not intervened on my behalf the outcome would have been completely different. Thank you Brindley Vauxhall and Jason and josh couldn’t have done it without you guys.
