Not shopped for a while in Farm Foods, found it has got expensive. Staff, Very Good, polite and helpful. Would recommend they bring their prices down again.

Good quality cheap products often best buys if you buy two or three together look for the offers.You can get discount vouchers via email if you register with Farm Foods.£2 off £25 or £5 off £60These vouchers seem now only to be higher values which is a shame as it again helps those most with most cashIf registered they send you emails listing that months offers tooThere is a significant increase in special non food offers that should be considered.There has been a welcome increase in. Non food offers.I like to look through the alert emails to see what new short offers.

Great place, got some good stuff at great prices, but twice in a row they didn't have the one thing I went in for.

With whats going on with covid i felt very safe they had some fantastic offers as always & the shop assistant was extremely helpful with all the items i bought & waited till i had packed everything away & walked away before she served the next person will always go back again. As the queue was building they opened up another till straight away which helps. They also have a massive selection of biscuits & little snack bars & cakes so always shop here for my mum.

I had a very disappointing experience at Farmfoods Greenwood Ave Hull. I purchased a bag of diced chicken, but when I opened it, it was like it had been defrosted and refrozen. I returned the product and was given a refund, but I was disappointed that there were 5 staff members working, and only 1 of them was on the till. This meant that there were long queues, and people were leaving their baskets and walking out.The dark-haired female staff member who served me was very ignorant. She was talking to other people while I was been served, she completely ignored me. I felt like she didn't care about providing good customer service.Overall, I would not recommend Farmfoods Greenwood Ave Hull to anyone. The food is disapointing the customer service is poor, and the staff seem to be more interested in making people wait in queues than helping customers.

Great shop, cheap prices with regular deals. Only problem I have found is that a certain brand/ item can be in one week and not the next. Its a good place to get everyday items on there own or in bulk. The staff are friendly and often help out when needed :)
