They employ a load of sorry staff, seen a few crack heads walking in the building off their nut, staff dont know their ar*e from their elbow. Its actual slave labour. Staff asked to do things theyre not trained to do. Without the proper safety equipment. 30 minute dinner break with no other breaks. Do not get a job somewhere like this, youre over worked for pittance. And thats if they even have you on the rota. Even though you pick your days. They will happily send you home if theres no work. Which isnt how it works. They do not care about their staff. Avoid at all costs. Get a job somewhere where they dont employ masses of people. You can just about rely on them to drop you off a parcel. Disgraceful. The one star is given mainly to post this review. Zero.

During the peak of the Pandemic and Lockdowns I had the idea of earning some extra money because I was bored so I decided to do Sundays in here alongside my regular Monday to Friday job and how they even function I don't know! The people in Blue are apparently in charge but you will never in your life come across less intelligent, less suited to leadership people! Their only blessing is the people they order around like they're children are just as simple as they are. All in all I can say never again! Lol

Worst delivery company. 3 times send me email my parcel getting delivered and now it’s 5th day and my parcel not been delivered.

This company is rubbish and the delivery drivers are worse. The (so called) helpline is pointless so if possible don't use this company.

Never use them again. The courier guy updated wrong things on the parcel. No human customer service and robot isn't well designed.

Absolutely useless....parcel said was delivered friday while I'm sat 3ft away from my front door at time it was meant to be delivered an picture left of a parcel left behind a bin that wasn't even mine. Now still no reply or phone call back an absolute joke. Obviously the drive can not read door numbers.....pathetic.Was it because the parcel said it was from house of fraser they decided to pocket it for them selves. Ridiculous how this company basically holds you to ransome by none communications....SO WHERE IS MY PARCEL!!!!!

Shocking experience trying to use Evri, sent a £200 cctv camera back to retailer, parcel got lost, never got any money back or any response from evri despite it being insured. Impossible to speak to anyone their. I would never use them again

Wish I could give 0 stars.Box delivered today with item worth £560 missing. Box was clearly opened and the delivery driver said Oh that's probably been stolen at the depot".Why any reputable business still uses this disgusting company for their shipping is a mystery.Stay away if you value your items being shipped safely."

Absolute disgrace you cannot deliver a simple parcel I’ve waited 3 weeks for you to deliver cannot speak to anyone requested 7 call backs non of which answered now I am without an Xmas gift for a family member been out for delivery since November sham of a company cannot speak to anyone!

Waited a week for my amazon delivery, come the day they claim it should arrive, no show. Evri is an absolute joke of a company and I genuinely have no clue how they are still in business.
