Today we visit at derby London road store. Ask for some thing they are very rude and try to insult us you don't have eyes. The Asian women who was standing on the self checkout area every time. Then we contact to manager she said am not free and she said buy your stuff and get out from here. Very bad and rude staff in whole Derby .

I am a 13 year old girl who was hanging out with my friends and these older people were following us asking us personal questions about where we live etc. We ran into pound land haping to see if we could find anyone to help but we got in trouble for running and then the workers told us to leave if we aren't buying anything. I said we were being followed and what did they do? They rolled their eyes and they did nothing. They ignored me?! This definitely needs a 1 star review because they workers are not a good help at all
