Amazing service received I would recommend to everyone -our laptops were collected fixed of all bugs made secure and even returned to my home. 5 star service at very reasonable prices and Richie is a cracking bloke too

Used Richie at Surfsafely a couple of times for laptop issues. once for my elderly parents laptop which was running so bad we had giving up hope on it, Richie sorted this one out remotely without having to leave the house. Both are running perfectly. highly recommended. Great guy to deal with.

I first met Rich because he also does IT work for my employer. I mentioned to him that my own laptop was very slow and I was considering replacing it. He fitted a SSD on my laptop at a very reasonable price and now it works like it is new! He's really nice to deal with and I would highly recommend him, if you are having IT problems.

I received a visit from Surfsafely to repair my monitor and the problem was quickly resolved. I really appreciated the time taken to answer questions on how to do different tasks on the PC.I didn't feel rushed or that I was asking too many questions.In my opinion, a first-class service.
