Had to wait a while with no staff on the desk approx5 mins, then walked round to goods out and asked a member of staff for help at front desk, she said they on the phone and know your waiting (few more mins). What would of been nice is a greeting and just say they're busy and they will be with you or something like this.. After that the chap behind the desk was helpful and was on my way soon after

Ordered a few bits online and picked up in store during a long car journey. My daughter was a bit car sick and the lovely lady let her use the toilet and gave her some water which was sweet. A bit of kindness goes a long way and great customer service. Thank you from us all.

Worst parts store in the UK hands down, Well done.Post code was incorrect firstly and took me 2miles further away then it should of been, eventually got to this shop to collect the part that was put down for collection, check out said pay on collection then the next page asked for payment now, payment was made, unhelpful staff on the counter didn't know night from day so no help there with finding out why it was not a collection order, nothing they could do even tho the part that's now being delivered will almost certainly come from inside the same shop I was in as that was the only one in the area to stock it. Idiots

I went to pick up parts after a telephone quote and because the lad on the counter couldn't find one make of filter tried to charge more for another.Until the parts manager got involved.
