They announced the closure of all its chemists in Sainsbury's as well as over 70 other branches! Feel bad for their staff. It seems it's the end of the road for Lioyds pharmacy.

Staff are nice but I have to pick up my meds daily and on one occasion the pharmacist just didn't turn up which I've never known before

This chemist is shocking, one of my medications not available even though ordered on a Friday now Monday, other medication not ready. Going to change chemist. This has been going on for the last 2mths.

We have our prescriptions dispensed by this chemist as they are most friendly and helpful as well as the pharmacy being open until 10pm every day of the week. We have had issues with the service in the past and most recently to which we can only thank the staff (Sarah, mandy, sybil, etc) for all of their efforts in dealing with the issues.Nothing seems to be too much trouble, I have seen at first hand how tolerant the staff are with people who have disabilities that simply come into the pharmacy to speak to the staff for company. Most exemplary.

7 years long dependency on the great services of this place ended. 7 years of just high class service even if I was sometimes difficult. Thank you people wish you all the best.

Bad customer service and staff always very rude. I found this to be the case a couple of years ago, but I recently gave them the benefit of the doubt only to find no change. Also even though they are open until 22:00, they do not do prescriptions after 21:29. So dont bother trying of you'll receive hostility for sure. Won't be going back there again!
