Absolutely atrocious, me and my boyfriend come to this costa most days and have has good service today, we came through drive through and paid for 2 iced salted caramel frappes as we always do. we also get asked would we like “coffee and whipped cream” on our frappes and we always say yes, today we came and got asked about cream that was it. when we got them there was no coffee in them even though they are meant to ask if we do want coffee, and there was also meant to have the salted caramel sprinkles on which didn’t happen, my boyfriend went and spoke to the manager about it and was very unwelcoming, rude, and unpleasant to be around. we think personally for someone who is a manager should have a bit more pride when it comes to there job!

We stopped here for a coffee expecting a higher standard. Unfortunately due most likely staff shortages, we were left to queue at the counter for around 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. The poor young lad behind the counter was running around whilst other staff just wondered.Finally got served only to find coffee was not at the right temperature.I couldn't be bothered to complain as the large queue that had grown behind us was still there.
