This company phoned me today Wednesday and simply hung up. Yeah one of those annoying rude ones. When I called back I got some bollox answering machine message which told me that Charnock Richard cycles is closed on Wednesday. Whoever's owns this company is a genius. Buyer beware if you trust incompetents with your bike...........

I would whole-heartedly recommend this shop. They really take care of each person who walks through their doors.I'm a newbie to road cycling, and although they had been super busy all day they were really patient and still took the time to answer all of my questions. We were able to find a bike that fit my needs quite quickly, and then it was straight out to try it out on the pavement.When I went in to pick my new bike up, they welcomed me back as an old friend. They made my new bike day" feel special
