Vanilla Bean

Gareth and team did a fantastic job catering for my wedding on Saturday 2nd September. The food was exceptional - we had canapés, cheese soufflé, corn chicken and a dessert stand. Vanilla bean made us very relaxed throughout the day and nothing was too much trouble. I couldn’t recommend them more highly - the process from tasting, selecting cutlery and crockery through to the day was seamless. There is a lot of pressure about getting the catering at a wedding right, and we were so lucky to have Vanilla Bean as they made excellence feel easy.

Gareth and his team at Vanilla Bean organised the most amazing party for our ‘New York’ themed 25th wedding anniversary.The food was absolutely delicious, from the China Town prawn fried rice and dim sum to the Harlem fried chicken and host of themed canapés and cocktails.The Manhattan street scene they created in the marquee was brilliant and all our guest loved having photos with, and on top of, the New York taxi!It was such a pleasure and delight to work with everyone at Vanilla Bean, Gareth made all the planning feel stress free, effortless and fun.Thank you to everyone at Vanilla Bean for giving us such an amazing party that we will remember forever!

Vanilla Bean catered for 110 people at our wedding at Hampton Court House recently. A big thank you to Martin, Gareth and the whole team! Everything exceeded our expectations and we received many compliments on the amazing food! We enjoyed the tasting beforehand, the logistics were really well organised and we appreciated the colour and glassware suggestions too - it all came together really well and we were also impressed with the attention to detail. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for making it such a great day!

Thank you to Vanilla Bean for the most wonderful day. The catering was brilliant: creative, delicious and generous (the latter of which was very important in view of the free bar…) We have had many comments from guests on how original the food was and how friendly yet professional the serving team were. We personally felt that we were in safe hands throughout: Vanilla Bean were incredibly attentive and the personal touch was much appreciated.

Vanilla bean catered our wedding at Hampton court house. Gareth and the team did an amazing job! From the start Gareth’s communication was excellent. He listened to what we wanted and provided helpful advice to help guide our final decisions. After we decided to take our food in a different direction after the first tasting Gareth arranged a second tasting for us to try some new dishes. On the day the food itself was delicious and really well presented, with lots of our guests telling us after how much they enjoyed it. The caprioska cocktails they made for our cocktail hour flew off the tables. The service team were friendly and efficient and our guests were never left wanting. Gareth was there on the day in the kitchen making sure everything went to plan and made a point of coming out later in the day to say congrats and check everything had gone well, which was a nice touch. We also appreciated Vanilla Bean accommodating our smaller details such as limoncello shots on the tables at speech time and the small touches throughout the day which helped keep things moving. All in all I would highly recommend them.

FANTASTIC!!We chose Vanilla Bean to cater for our wedding at Hampton Court House on 28th July and we couldn't be more thrilled that we chose them!!From our initial call with Gareth, right down to the day itself everything was absolutely flawless. VBs level of organisation is second to none- we felt in such safe hands throughout the whole process and Gareth was almost like a wedding planner in that he was detailed and guided us through everything- right down to the beautiful table settings!We were blown away during our wedding tasting and even more gobsmacked on the day when everything was the same high standard when catering to 93. All our guests commented how delicious the food was and what good size portions they received- something they very much appreciated! The presentation of the food was incredible and I can't believe such a beautiful standard was achieved for such a large crowd!Vanilla Bean also ran our bars (main dance floor and gin bar) and all our guests commented on how amazing the bar staff were- particularly the two gin bar ladies. All Vanilla Bean's staff were exceptional, congratulating us throughout the day and being so friendly and smiley. Huge shout out to Victor too for running front of house during the day- he was calm, composed and friendly even though I can imagine it was a busy, long day! We saw him the next morning and he still had a huge smile- hats off to you Victor! We also had to organise a last minute indoor confetti throw due to the rain and VB cleaned everything up in record time and with a smile.We cannot recommend VB highly enough, I believe one of our engaged friends even left with your card as he was so blown away! Vanilla Bean's prices are fair and definitely reflective of the quality food, service and support we've received.Can't wait to use you for our next event!Lots of love the Bradleys Xx

Vanilla Bean did the most amazing job catering our wedding at Hampton Court House last week! Their service was amazing from the minute we booked them right through the day itself. The food was incredible - so many people commented on how great it was! And the whole service was so slick and efficient a it went seamlessly! Martin was great in the lead up, making the whole process so much easier, and he and his team were all brilliant on the day itself too. We are so so grateful we booked them and they did the most amazing job - we would recommend them to anyone!

Thanks to Liam and the team from Vanilla Bean our celebratory dinner for 91 at Hampton Court House on Wed night went extemely well, the food and service were exemplary and the professionalism of all concerned made our evening and function very special. The communication before the event and on the night meant that we could relax and enjoy the evening. Everyone went home commenting on what a special evening it had been.

Gareth and the team at Vanilla Bean delivered a fantastic 50th birthday party for me last weekend. The team are great - very hard working, but lots of fun, so that the whole event felt very relaxed. The set up was easy, the food was delicious and the bowls worked brilliantly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vanilla Bean for any future events!

Lovely team, incredible food, and our event manager Liam went absolutely above and beyond in terms of delivery on the day. We honestly had the most wonderful wedding and these guys were a massive part of that. Couldn't have asked for anything more from them as they were worth every penny. We'd recommend them to anyone.
