Took my daughters Hawaii to this shop. The customer service was great and they put a screen protector on for us, BUT ……. We had her original screen changed by them and since then, there has been a lag on the phone when swiping and when typing, the phone cannot keep up and switches between pages because it gets confused.We will have to look at a new phone I guess. :(

Found Fone world and made an appointment for the next day. The service was exemplary. I dropped off my Galaxy note 20 for cracked screen repair, picked it up four hours later and it looked like new. No fingerprints or smudges on the screen and all was well with the phone etc. Recommend Fone world for first class work. Thank you.

This was my 4th visit to Fone World Bluewater and as usual very polite and excellent service received.This time, my phone would not charge. It turned out that a bit of paper or fluff had got lodged in the socket and wouldn’t allow the charging plug to insert fully. They did the repair in a very reasonable price and they cleaned my phone aswellIn the past 3 visits, I’ve had a camera, a battery and a screen replaced. Each time, very fast and excellent service.

Ive now used this shop twice and they does not fail! I took an iPhone 11 to the Apple store who initially quoted £69 to replace the battery, after they opened it they quoted me £370 as they claimed it had water damage! I took it to Foneworld Bluewater they quoted me £45 and they did not mention any water damage, it took 30 minutes and the phone works fine, I highly recommend them!

Had a big problem with one my samsung phones, the phone wouldn't come on at all. I thought it was the battery but the fella who runs the shop, completely cleaned up the charging area, got rid of any dust and dirt. Got the phone to charge, and my back up phone is working perfectly now. Can't thank the fella enough. 10 out of 10 for customer service.

These guys have always been super helpful, They’ve always changed my screen protector for me as when I do it I end up with bubbles or dust caught behind the screen protector.So when I wanted to buy some earbuds for the gym I chose to go to them to show my appreciation I bought a set of jbl earbuds and at the time had a deal on so got a bargain from them they were cheaper than other well known mainstream stores.

My old S10 phone was about to die on me and Daniii and Muhammad were simply brilliant to do business with. I am no phone techie in fact useless and they sorted me out a refurbed phone and were just so honest and so friendly - one of the best retail experiences in Bluewater. They are superb at what they do - 10/10 and my 'go to' for my phone queries.
