Absolutely amazing!You feel like you are the most important person when you there, working out under Rosy's eye.She is full of knowledge and passion and makes you feel that your goal is very much achievable and she is your biggest supporter!

Rosy is an amazing personal trainer. She has all the equipment you'd ever need and she motivates you to push yourself harder! She's funny and you won't ever get bored with her!

Rosy has been my PT for sixteen months now and in that time she's taken me from having no knowledge of weights and strength training at all to having so much confidence in the weights room and being knowledgeable and experienced with a massive passion for lifting, training in general and overall health and fitness.She's as amazing a PT doing 1-2-1 as she is leading classes; circuits and spin are her speciality! Not only have my views on fitness and nutrition changed drastically under her mentorship but my whole outlook on so many other things has too. She goes way, way beyond her duty, working tirelessly to make sure clients are looked after and happy. Each session is packed with laughs and is always tremendous fun. Rosie sneakily makes you work really hard without realising (because the workouts, space, music and chat are all great fun). Personalised sessions, welcomes new beginners and puts them at ease but also puts experienced gym users through their paces with awesome results (and does both at the same time in her classes with people of differing ability so don’t be put off just trying one). Totally recommend

Rosy is the best trainer ever! She worked with me and my goals and I have lost 11kgs in 20 odd weeks, dropped a dress size and feel very strong! She is fun and had managed to make me look forward to my workouts with her! She is also just a super duper person who makes everything fun- even her hardcore spin sessions that usually leaves me with jelly legs!

Rosy is an amazing trainer. She pushes you and comes up with interesting exercise plans. I usually want to die in the middle.of the session but it's worth it!

Fantastic personal trainer, got me in brilliant shape to loose weight for my sex reassignment surgery, and the new studio is really cool and inspiring!If lack motivation Rosy will instill some in you! If got plenty motivation she will beast you some more to make sure you get the results you're after and then some!Such an inspiration to many including me!
