I went in earlier today whilst cycling for a quick temporary fix on my handlebar tape and the guys in there done a very good job. It took them around 10 minutes to do and they didn’t charge me! I insisted on paying but they wouldn’t have it. 5 stars thanks a lot!

Absolutely fantastic service! They always do a quality job and the staff are super friendly and very willing to help whatever task I bring in! They give great advice and are always generous with their time and their pricings when they could ask for more. Couldn't ask for a better bike shop!

I’ve bought a second-hand bike from here and it’s in excellent shape. Also, they serviced my cargo bike, doing a great job and not charging me for some extra cabling they found it needed. Excellent service and super friendly. Recommended!

Great service! I had a flat tire and he changed it in a few minutes. I also asked for advice regarding resistant tires and gave me 2 options = good / very good resistancy. He really knows his craft, I upgraded both of my tires. I really recommend this shop!

Excellent service. Just collected my bike which had a general service. Looks brand new and excellent job done. Up front with costs and very knowledgable with what needed to be fixed. Definitely recommend.

Dropped in with my bike this morning to fix some gear issues after having no luck with other bike shops in the city. The service here was amazing, the staff were more than happy to help and explained all adjustments they made to the bike - in stark contrast to service I have received elsewhere. I was prepared to pay what is quoted for gear services at larger chain shops and other independents but was charged only £10 which for the level of service provided was great value. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending the shop to all cyclist friends. Thank you so much cycleworks- you really made my day!

Popped in on my way to work as a valve had snapped off my inner tube. Fixed it really quickly and wouldn't take any money. Lovely bike shop - excellent service.

Unfailingly friendly, helpful and reasonably-priced. My favourite bike shop in London. Please don’t go to an Evans conveyer belt. Support real people - and really nice chaps too.

They are just really very good! Super patient, transparent and good value pricing, very knowledgeable. Have gone to many of the bike shops in the area over the years, these guys are the best!

The best service in London. I popped in on Friday and saw the wonderful Mark. I was pretty sure something was wrong with my bike as it just didn't feel right, but alas, I had not pumped my tyres up enough and I have been riding on the wrong gears for about 5 years. Mark has literally changed my life. Very friendly service and he didn't treat me like an idiot, even though, clearly I am one! I would definitely recommend them and I shall be back when something IS ACTUALLY wrong with my bike.I wanted to write another separate review again for Mark but google won't let me. He helped me out again when my brakes were not working properly. Outstanding service, quick and friendly and I was able to make my yoga class on a rainy evening all thanks to Mark. Honestly Cycle Works is THE BEST independent bike shop in south London.
