The drink was excellent! Got the dirty milk tea, it has brown sugar syrup, milk tea and the classic tapioca bobba tea bubbles. The drink was sweet but not overbearing, refreshing yet comforting. Definitely will go again! Customer service was excellent and drinks were made really quickly!

the dirty milk tea is my favourite as well as most of the fruit teas, however, i was a bit disappointed with the watermelon drink because it didn’t have any taste of watermelon. the only sweetness was from the popping bubbles. also, i once went there and they didn’t have any other teas available other than fruit teas and another time they didn’t have any change so i was unable to get the drinks i wanted.

I was always curious about bubble tea... a bit apprehensive at first. After a friend’s recommendation, I gave it a go and let me tell you - It DID NOT DISAPPOINT... The first time I tried a mango tea with passion fruit balls and lychee jelly - it tasted SO good... after that I have tried other flavours and personally I would recommend the cold fruit teas over the vanilla/choc etc. I’m not too sure how the warm drinks would taste as I haven’t tried them yet. The girls were very helpful and the customer service was very good.

Having tried an awful bubble tea before in Brum, I was a bit dubious about whether this tea was all its cracked up to be, but Citea really changed my mind- not had a bad drink yet from them and love their paradise punch for summer. Always refreshing, and they really get the sweetness right as you can choose essentially how you like it. I personally think less sweet is best just so you get that little tannin taste from the tea itself.

Tried bubble tea here for the first time ever. I ordered apple fruit tea with tapioca bubbles and jasmine milk tea with lychee popping bubbles. They were both delicious. The staff were also really nice, would give more stars if I could.

Of all the bubble tea places, this is the only one I go to. They taste the best!The service I received yesterday was the best. My 11 year old son placed his own order for a chocolate tea however, his receipt stated coconut. When I checked with the assistant, he had already made up the coconut one but then made a new chocolate one up straight away. I then offered to pay for and keep the coconut one for myself as I didn't want it to be wasted. The assistant gave me the coconut tea for free and refused to take payment for it even though I insisted. This was a very kind gesture from the assistant. The service and products at this highcross stall is always on point, that is why I repeatedly visit!
