I've been joining exercise classes on zoom with Val since the beginning of lockdown. I've really enjoyed them. Val is always punctual, very professional and quick with a word of encouragement or motivation, just when you feel you can't do anymore! She also demonstrates and clearly explains each exercise so it's easy to follow. I've lost weight and my body is toning all over very nicely. Very happy! Davina

Val has really helped me stay fitness focused. Right throughout lockdown her varied exercises classes have been motivating, fun and saved me from putting on weight...I have always liked the idea of doing classes, however, life always seemed to get in the way and I didn't stay committed.Working out with Val has changed that. I am really enjoying my fitness journey and it's so rewarding when you see your progress, which for me is such an incentive to keep it up.Val has lots of experience, I can highly recommend her!

BRILLIANT!Like many people I've suffered from time to time with back issues, and I can often stretch the problem out myself. However this time was more akin to sciatica and nothing I did helped. I was amazed at the result she got whilst being so gentle (she had to be gentle in this case because of nature of the injury, and she seemed to know my limits without constantly asking me)So overall very pleased and. impressed.Would recommend without hesitationThanks Val!
