Walk through the door, step on your mat and nothing else matters. Such a welcoming atmosphere for those just finding yoga and those that want to push their practice to the next level. Every instructor takes the time to guide people at their own level offering adjustments and alternatives just when you need them. Something for everyone.

My husband and I who are both 74 yrs of age prove age limit is no barrier to Evolve Yoga. We go to 3 lessons a week. The Yoga teachers are brilliant and so encouraging and the atmosphere is amazing. As soon as you walk into the studio, all the worries and trials of the day just fade away and calmness envelopes you.Never be worried if you come on your own, everyone is so friendly and will make you very welcome. We all have to start at the beginning but what a journey. It has changed our lives both in mind and body.

Evolve is awesome! Pure relaxation combined with classes allowing you to challenge yourself. Experienced and welcoming instructors make the whole experience amazing for both newcomers and regulars!

Very welcoming and suitable for beginners. It truly is like leaving the world for an hour to go to a tranquil sanctuary. Excellent value for £8. Would recommend to anyone!
