I recently had a ring resized and a watch repaired. The watch proved difficult, I was reluctant to send back to Cartier as they would have charged an arm and a leg. Truro Goldsmith were determined to sort for me which they did - I was delighted and even more so with the cost, they saved me a fortune. Thank you great service!

We visited Bath goldsmiths on the 7th September , we travelled from Cornwall.We were greeted by Marcela ,She was soooo lovely , I’m extremely particular, nothing was to much trouble, she went above & beyond.I fell in love with a diamond certified eternity ring, Marcela made the whole experience of buying the ring even more special.I received the ring yesterday for our anniversary & couldn’t stop looking at it in the restaurant and in the sunshine.THANKYOU MARCELA , we will see you soon so you can shine it xx

Visited the shop twice now for repairs to a necklace and a ring. Both times the staff were extremely helpful and the items were ready within a couple of hours. Very satisfied with your service

Visited the store yesterday to look at some wedding rings with my partner after recently becoming engaged. We were both looking forward to it however the lady serving us didn't seem interested in offering any of her time, advice or help and came across as extremely grumpy and bored.I won't be visiting this shop again and wouldn't recommend for anyone wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

I’ve visited this shop many times and have always been very impressed with the range of jewellery it has to offer that’s frequently changing, the staff have always been very through and helpful in finding me beautiful pieces of jewellery and if I could give more stars I would. I have also had a few things repaired and altered and again very impressed with the efficiency and quality they provide :)

Amazing service, took my dad's old omega there for the mechanism to be unjammed and serviced, it was returned working but losing time, so revisited and they sorted it with no extra costs. They did have an issue with the repairer moving facilities, but they made that very clear at the start and if I phoned to check on it they assured me it was in hand and safe. Would recommend to all!

My wife recently had a beautiful aquamarine and diamond replacement engagement ring made by Colin, thank you Colin it’s absolutely stunning and thank you Col for arranging it all, you have made my wife a very happy lady. We would highly recommend.

I have used this retailer for many years and to be faced with Colin’s abruptness today left me majorly dissatisfied with his service. The fact he laughed as he said it left me gobsmacked.Update: thank you for your professionalism in bringing my daughter into it Colin, but to enlighten you : Beaverbrooks, H Samuel’s, Goldsmiths, Ernest Jones, F Hinds to name but a few will happily give a no quibble refund within 14 days. As do many independents, so if you don’t know any I would suggest researching your local competition more via Google which will no doubt support your business in the future.
