Uzma's - Asian Wedding Photography, Asian Bridal Makeup

I booked Uzma last minute and she delivered an exceptional service. The booking process was simple and her communication was fantastic. Her makeup was flawless and her hairstyling was very well done. The best thing I like about her - she listened to me. A rare skill in artists! She made my look exactly to my specs which is why I have given her 5 stars. I highly recommend her service and will surely be booking her again in the future! BW

Worst service ever. If there was an option of no star, I would've chosen that. Paid in full for the service and it has been over one and a half years and not received my album or DVD. She used to at least respond to emails before but now won't even reply for emails or messages. Other people who have had similar experiences with this trader, please get in touch with trading standards. I have. If more people come forward and complain then at least she will be stopped from doing this to other consumers. I'm now going down this route.

My sister had her wedding photography done by this women in August last year and she has conned her out of a lot money. After months of contact she managed to give one album but not the video. Even her neighbours know what kind useless con artist she is. So many people have complained to them about her!She doesn’t have the time to respond to your messages or calls but sits on her lazy back side deleting negative comments from Facebook, how pathetic.Do not use her! The product is not worth the hassle! Use someone who is professional and understands customer service.

I was not happy with the services that were provided by Uzma for my wedding two years ago and I have still not received my products after years of constant calls, messages and emails. However, as the company has now re-opened; I was finally able to speak to the owner - who sounded genuinely apologetic and has confirmed that he will be rectifying the issue and sending me my products. It doesn't justify the amount of grief and distress I have been through since my wedding - but at least something is finally being done about it. My 1 star rating will stay until I actually see proof of this.Anyone who was in the same position as me and hasn't received their products yet - call the new number and speak to Hamid.

Believe it or not my fiancè recommeded Uzma for my Nikkah makeup and hair as I was struggling to locate a reliable makeup artist. I spoke with Uzma and straight away I felt at ease, she was warm, friendly and professional. I booked her for my Nikka and was extremely pleased with the results. I instantly fell inlove with my eye make up and was thrown back by how passionate Uzma was about correctly applying products...this women knows her stuff!! I was that happy and delighted with the overall look, I told her to save the dates for my Mehendi and Wedding later on this year. I can't thank you enough Uzma for doing an amazing job I got endless compliments throughout my Nikkah. Many Thanks and see you soon for the Wedding and Mehendi.

I recommend Uzma and her team highly. We used her services for a wedding of a relative in Manchester. It was a mixed Asian and Western wedding. We loved the quality of the Photos, video, and of course the bridal makeup. Highly recommended

Very unprofessional. It’s been a year and I’m still waiting for my wedding video. The first edit was sent 6 months after the wedding and the CD wasn’t even working!At the beginning when full amount was not paid, she would ring me and my sister constantly! Begging for the money, going crazy about it and as soon as she received the full amount, she doesn’t bother replying to my messages. her co-worker did nothing but complained about her boss at the wedding! My sister kept telling where to go and what to do! Not fully trained at all. Constantly Whatsapping and calling Uzma and she blatantly ignores. I have the convo saved if anyone interested. I’ve been ringing her constantly so I could speak to her but now she has blocked me! Had the worst experience ever! All the reviews that I have read about the service are absolutely correct. I’m surprised she’s still in business!!

Very disappointing and unprofessional. Uzma covered my brother's wedding last year, it has been more than 10 months and we still haven't received our products. Now Uzma is not responding to any of my calls/texts or emails. Would not recommend at all.

Uzma is a very professional makeup artist who went beyond my expectations to deliver the look I wanted to go for. I was really impressed with her makeup skills and would definitely use her again for any future events ♥️

I had a great experience with uzma. She was punctual, efficient and an amazing sweet person. She did a really good job of my make up for my cousins wedding. I would highly recommend her.
