Terrible experience went in trying to get my volume button unjamed and the person did not even have a look at it. He persuaded me that buy a new phone put on a case. After saying that I would have to come back to the shop yearly upgrade it was obvious it was a cheap fake iPhone. After he let me hold it and then when I said I didn’t want it he charged me 30€!! Because he said he had to wash it. This place is terrible and also this other place in letterkenny said they would be able to fix my problem.

Guy charged me €25 for earphones which were poor quality and refused to change it when I found out.As soon as i bought the earphones he claimed there was no refunds.No warranty policy. Person in charge of store is a scam artist.Earphones are overpriced and poor quality. Poor customer service.Would avoid.

Nothing’s price marked, so obviously all overpriced. Tried to scam me into a new phone screen, when all it needed was to dry out a little. Terrible customer service, don’t bother unless desperate.

Terrible quality new phone screen. Paid for most expensive one at €120 and now can't even see my photos clearly. Guy in shop most arrogant. Avoid this shop at all costs!!!

Went in to sell my sons iphone 8 which was boxed with original charger, earphones and in good condition. The staff in the shop offered €30 for it. With this level of (dis)honesty I would say this speaks for itself. Out to rip you off. AVOID AVOID AVOID
