Very convenient to pick up someone from the station. You are not allowed to park there for long and it would be good to respect that principle to help others pick up their own people from the train too. There are not too many parking spaces available but there is also the option to go to the parking upstairs ( first 20' for free).

The station is quite big. And have more zones. However easy to find out the relevant zone due to clear signals and symbols. Each zones has a separate sets of toilets. However to use toilet facilities you have to first enter to the zone using your tickets. Inside the station there are many shops to buy food and etc.

I left my bicycle in the stands at New Street station car park. It was quite safe. There is CCTV in the car park so that things don’t get stolen.
