Rushden Mot Centre & Body Shop

Took my car here for an MOT on Tuesday. The ginger man who did my MOT couldn't lock my fuel cap...was a bit to hard for him so decided to just fail it and try and charge me a replace. I have worked in the trade for 20Years so i know full well if it was broken or not. Asked for my keys had two people follow me out to the car to show them how to lock a fuel cap....and just like that they passed me. Please don't bring your vehicle here if you know nothing about cars. I was lucky as i know what im talking about but people that no sweet F A about cars wont be lucky. The only person that apologized was the women on the front and she as lovely. The rest of them didn't even say sorry. He shouldn't be allowed to do MOTs if he doesn't even know how to lock a fuel cap. Please DO NOT take your car there to be ripped off. Its happened to a few people i know so it wasnt just me. Beware

Excellent staff especially Craig who advised me and calmed me after hearing of why my car had not passed the MOT. Was able to collect the car the next day and am incredibly pleased with the customer service received by all.

The best service I have ever received!I arrived with my car, with a check engine light on and not being able to pick up speed, I was seen to immediately! They had a look at the car with the diagnostics machine, but said no faults found? After I explained what happened they looked and found the problem straight away!They were so accommodating and helpful, they actually made me feel at ease and explained everything along the way!My car was then fixed right away with parts being ordered, done there and then! I cannot praise this team highly enough for what they did for me! Thank you again!!

I had my Porsche wheels aligned last year and Craig was really helpful and genuinely helped to keep my costs down. My bonnet leaver broke in my car on friday evening i was really stressing out so close to Christmas and a weekend on top of that i called Craig as usual he was really helpful invited me down and sorted my problem out I can't speak highly enough of the guys they are all really helpful and go the extra mile to help you i would always recommend these guys. They will always have my business and gratitude.

Cannot express how helpful Craig was with sorting out my car. He kept me updated from the start and assured me no work would go ahead without my say. I have a finance car and he was very knowledgeable on the warranty process which helped immensely. He put my mind at ease during what could have been a really stressful time!

These guys were a great help today, needed some minor bodywork attention and they were able to fit me in straight away, and got it sorted on the spot. Can't fault that kind of service!

Absolutely brilliant service every single time we have to take the cars in to the garage. Can't fault them at all. Nickesh, Phil, Craig and their entire team are top people. These guys have been looking after every single car we've owned for the last 22 years right down to the smallest of things like changing light bulbs. Would highly recommend.
