Emma dealt with the Funeral of my father in March 2019 and I had no doubts to return on the death of my mother in November 2022. She is excellent. She guided us through the process and we felt a weight had been lifted on our return home. The communication and attention to fine detail meant the funeral ran perfectly and gave a dear mother a good send off. The Reverend was also excellent and they worked together well. On the day of the funeral Victoria took control and handled the procedure and family very well.Thankyou.

Emma Welch was absolutely incredible. From the first moment I spoke to Emma after grandad passed and throughout the whole process I felt great empathy and compassion. Every single email and phone conversation showed a human and personal interaction even down to the small details. Emma truly listened to the conversations we had and supported in every way she could. I don’t know what we would of done without her

From the moment we went into the Solihull branch and met Emma we felt relaxed and in very competent hands. My sister Pat had died suddenly and the Coroner's office were involved. Emma took a lot of the stress away in dealing with them. Then the funeral was arranged. No pressure put on us just an all round common sense approach. The day came and Diane took charge, with Andrew and Lee as drivers. They too reflected a thoroughly professional approach. As a fas a funerals can be a termed good" this was. Thanks to everyone involved our sister Pat was afforded a dignified departure from this world. I am happy to award a 5 star rating."

The day ran smoothly with Trevor, the service just as we had requested with no issue at all.
