Rybrook Wolverhampton BMW

I went to look at a BMW G310R for my wife. I wasn't sure about buying it. One of the team members (forgot her name) looked after us very well and answered any questions we had. She gave sound advice regarding the purchase of the motorbike. I didn't buy the bike but this is certainly the first place I would look when I am ready to upgrade.

I left my new car with them for a recall and 8 days later the engine management light came on and now they say that i will be liable for any check they will do on the car. When the car was perfectly fine. The customer service staff are really rude. Also my mates have had the same problem. They ruin you car if you give in for a recall please avoid this garage!!!

Been here many times as a service customer. Exceptional level of service at all time. Always helpful. Always with a smile. Importantly Always ready when they say it will be. Happy to recommend

Absolutely excellent customer service from start to finish with Rybrook Wolverhampton. I cannot recommend them highly enough especially Steve Turner at the branch. He made the entire experience of selecting a vehicle to delivery fantastic and ensured all my requirements were met as well as keeping me up to date. He’s an absolute star and an asset to the branch. He made us feel welcome and nothing was no trouble at all. If you are planning to visit, I would recommend speaking to Steve!

I have had bmw cars all my life a very loyal customer.I called the service department and booked my car at the time the person who booked it said we will get it sorted.I called up back two days before the appointment to confirm and that’s when Will disappointed the whole company.How can someone be so rude in the service department thinking he has the power to cancel a booking whenever he wishes to do so. A narcissist who only cares about him disregarding the fact that I have waited for 4 weeks so that my car can get checked. Such bad service from Will how do you allow such people to work and represent the company.Expected betterBMW

As a customer, very welcoming and efficient. Charges, 1hr viewing assessment @ £129.00 advised, although l told them the exact problem the days before arriving.No complaints at completing repairs.Price are advised, prior to completing repairs, for your approval, which is good idea.In my case. It never mentioned + VATso at the time of payment, it's a shock to find the figure given which had been accepted, has been increased by another three didgets.G.C.Ness

I came to the showroom just over a week ago to take a look and explained that I needed a car as soon as possible as I was without. A big thank you to Sam who worked hard to find me the car I wanted at a great price and got it to Wolverhampton in less than a week knowing I needed a car urgently. Sam kept in contact throughout the process and was extremely professional and helpful. I am so pleased with the service and the car, would definitely buy another car from here again.

A car showroom that locks all the cars. I’ll stick to BMW Stoke in future but surely it’s obvious that you’re offering poor service. Customers needing to have every car opened by a salesman to see and sit inside is hardly inspiring people to go ahead and spend with you ?!

Recently had my first service there. They offer a clean of inside and out the car. The outside appeared to be sprayed with water and the inside not even touched. They stated my car was ready at 1pm but stated I was coming in later. Waited over 30 mins to get my keys and there was not a single customer in the show room to hold them up. Just a little sad you pay for more labour than the actual parts and then the things they “offer” are complimentary are not done.
