Fjell Event Tipis

We had a fantastic experience with Fjell event tipis. From the many emails, zoom calls and then meeting face to face, Thomas was an absolute pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to make sure that every question and detail was covered. A fantastic, reliable, friendly company! Would recommend to anyone for any occasion. We booked the Giant Tipi with the clear awning. We couldn’t believe what difference the clear awning made! It was such a brilliant space for everyone to enjoy before, during and after our wedding.

Amazing family run company. We used Thomas and his crew for the first time this year to provide a space for our annual youth week away, somewhere we could hold our evening meetings in. There was 120 of us in total and we easily fitted into 2 of the giant tipis. The Fjell Tipi team were fantastic from our initial contact, all the way through to setup and dismantle, easy to deal with and very efficient. Highly recommend.

After what felt like a life time of planning, my daughter with 10 months to go decided the Red Pump Inn we had booked well decided to take over for the weekend, that there was not enough room now to seat the 100 plus guests.Dilemma! Do we try and find another venue or??????Fate intervened, we passed the cricket club at Keswick and spied a Tipi being erected for a promotion event.Contact was made from then on the transition from just the Inn to now the inn and field was seamless, primarily due to Thomas and Pete.The attention to detail willingness to help all round professional approach to every detail could not be faulted.The weekend was a total and utter success everything went to plan and at the end of the weekend I was sick to death of telling people about these guys.I only have one daughter ( thank the lord) and as I sit here now a few months later reflecting we did the absolute right thing in using this Tipi team do not hesitate these guys can’t be bettered.Steve Taylor Father of the Bride

We used Fjell Tipis for our wedding in the Lake District and we would highly recommend them. Thomas was professional, highly experienced, friendly and patient (especially when we changed our quote a number of times!). The set up of the tipis was very professional, we barely knew the guys were there! And the tipis looked really amazing on the day - so many people complimented them. From speaking with Thomas regularly, we could tell that his family had put a lot of hard work and love into building their family business and that shines through in the quality service that they offer. Thomas and the team were professional and very helpful. They supported us in our planning, and where possible, co-ordinated with other suppliers on our behalf.We got many positive comments about our party venue, and how unique and magical it was. We hired the Tipis, but also tables/chairs and decorations through Fjell Event Tipis - they offer a lot of choice and with their input, we designed a flexible event space to suit our requirements and numbers, and personalised our venue in ways to our own tastes.We would highly recommend working with Fjell Event Tipis!

Tom and his team were fantastic in making our day as special as it was. As a roll over wedding we had a lot to reorganise and Tom made the whole process effortless, taking a lot of pressure of us and his communication was faultless. We loved the tipis as our wedding venue and we decorated them to suit our theme. From setting up, to taking down, Tom and his team were brilliant and we would highly recommend.

Just want to say a huge thank you to Thomas and Pete and the team at Fjell Event Tipis. We used them for our wedding in September 2022 and they were absolutely fantastic to work with. We were obviously wary due to changing COVID policies throughout 2020-2022 but they were always reassuring that if required they would be happy to reschedule. Luckily we didn't face any restrictions and the wedding was able to go ahead without a hitch. The team made sure that the tipi was erected and accessible as soon as available and so we had two days to be able to prepare for the wedding. The quality of everything was beautiful down to the furniture, the bar, the lights and the tipi itself. We would absolutely recommend this company to others who would like their wedding to encompass a tipi!!
