Avoid avoud at all cost. Scammers 264 miles since my last MOT, which was a pass with no advisories, and now failed and a massive list of advisories, which are not even nearly failures. On top if that charged me £29 for 2 wipers. Never going back and advise you all to do the same. Untrustworthy!!!!!!!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! Does not deserve 1 star. AVOID AT ALL COST! I was ripped off £500 convincing me i need new tyres as they had a rip this was not the case and did not show me the problem my theory is they never replaced tyres just cleaned them up and sold them to me as new also if you question them they can be very intimidating go to long serving garage instead like EMG

I took my car here for an MOT, and they failed it because I didn't have the rear removable seats in, because I carry a wheelchair in my MPV. I've had 14 MOT s done and this has always been put down as an advisory not a fail. I've checked up on this and it is a fact, I've made a complaint to dvsa, to try to get a refund,

Didn’t even want to serve me as the job was “too time consuming” and “too fiddly” for their liking. Went to ever other place in Bury and everyone else said it was a 1-2 hour job at most! Would not recommend at all.

Purchased 2 Tyres to be fitted on Sunday midday and a tracking checked. Arrived on time, dropped the car off to a courteous staff member, came back 45mins later and the car was ready and waiting. Tracking was checked and didn't need adjusting which in my eyes is the sign of a honest garage because they could have said it needed adjusting and charged accordingly. Will certainly use this garage again.Thanks guys

I didn't think this service was scammers as some have suggested, they just have really terrible customer service. We didn't choose them - we were taken to them by a rescue service and I'd never go again as it was a really unpleasant experience. Very rude on the phone and seemed outraged that we'd been taken there even though we were flexible with how long it would take (it was only a tyre change) There are plenty of better services around in Bury St Edmunds that have since been recommended so avoid this place!!

Easy to book online and with a discount for doing it. Excellent value.Plenty of parking, premises so clean, not what you normally see at a garage. Waiting room clean which was brilliant as I had my little dog with me.MOT completed without delay. Will definitely use again.
