**DO NOT GET YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE IF YOU WANNA FORK OUT ON VET BILLS!!** if I could put 0 stars I would. My brother paid £170 his XL American bulldog to be groomed around last month, when I took him in the lady said she will call when he’s ready to be picked up basically ushering me out the door, took the dog off me and took him downstairs, she called an hour later but when i picked him up he had a cut on his tail, she said because he was excited he hit it and got a cut. Almost a month later and the cut is even worse resulting in my brother taking him to the vet where he has spent another £150 for antibiotics and whatnot. ***AVOID AT ALL COSTS***

Not worth the money charged, nails not trimmed properly, fur round the pads not trimmed neatly, ears not trimmed down enough. To be honest, my dog had a better groom in under an hour for £20 in Kent!

5 stars for their groomers. Polite and professional - very good groom service. They keep Lily’s Kitchen Recovery Recipe - gastrointestinal food often recommended by our vets when our doggos have upset tummies.

Ridiculous pricing. Don't bother.I lost my lead in the common so went inside to get an emergency replacement. £12.99 for the most basic lead you could imagine.They have a lot of things but finding something with a price on is very difficult.The following week, after buying a much more affordable and higher quality lead from elsewhere, I tried to return the overpriced lead. They told me that without a tag, I could only get an exchange on items up to that value. I picked up some of my usual dog treats (£3.30, even at the vets!), £5.99". Ridiculous
