I had my mothers car in for an investigation into a clutch issue, the service advisor kyle was very polite, helpful and explained the results of the investigation perfectly. The only slight downside was that when the vehicle was returned to me the threaded gear knob on the vehicle was not tightened all the way so it would rotate when I changed gears however this is an easy mistake to make and didn't affect my satisfaction with the service. highly recommend

I've been using this place for years. Always superb service with a personal touch. Stuart has been my go to for new cars since 2017. An absolute gem. Nothing ever too much for him to make getting a new car as easy as possible. Insurance, tax. Servicing... Always a pleasure to deal with.

Fantastic service from Danny at Steven Eagell, Toyota Ashford. I was looking for a car for my daughter and he was able to offer an excellent deal on an Aygo. We discussed everything on the phone, sorted all the paperwork over email. We were 270miles away from the dealership, Danny drove the car over 160miles to make it easier for us to do the handover. The car presented immaculately, freshly valeted and he even filled the tank up so we could get home. He went the extra mile to get the deal done and provide excellent customer service.
