Enchanted Day Nursery and Holiday Club

I would like to make sure that the 1 star reviews are from people who HAVE NOT posted any reasons and are only following one inconvenienced ‘KAREN’ who started on this amazing place and got her friends to just obey.This is a very reputable, efficient, caring and outgoing establishment. All the staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. See for yourself, go and speak to them, and don’t listen to one poisonous parent’s 1 star amongst all the 5’s!

My son has been attending for well over a year now and has came on leaps and bounds. Staff are very friendly and easy to work with. Not just your average nursery they do all sorts of activities for the kids from bouncy castles to tea parties and ice cream vans they always go to extra lengths to make sure the children are having fun as well as learning.

Being a first time mum, it was very important to me finding a nursery that would nurture and care for my daughter, inline with my own values.I viewed 4 nurseries and Enchanted was the one to come out on top. I knew the second I walked into reception.My little girl has taken time to settle in, but everyone has given her the time and attention she needs to flourish and thrive.The updates provided throughout the day are always well received and provide peace of mind while you are away from your little one.I would recommend Enchanted to anyone looking for a nursery, and couldn't think of using anyone else. This is the best nursery my son has ever been to , the staff are amazing and communication is always really good .Always supportive with all circumstances ❤️

Enchanted day nursery I can say is one of the best nurseries in Coventry, whilst hunting for a nursery for my little one I visited so many and I can say for sure that I made the right decision by choosing enchanted day nursery. Staff is warm, welcoming and friendly. The rooms are conducive and not overly crowded, lots of engaging activities for kids. Great hygiene practices also.My kid likes it there and I’m looking forward to enrolling my second baby soon.

As a first-time parent, sending our son to nursery was a momentous decision. From the moment we stepped into the nursery for viewing my husband decided that this would be the one.Our son has been attending this lovely nursery for the past four months, and we couldn't be happier with the experience he's had so far.The nursery's facilities are well-designed and child-friendly. They have a fantastic range of age-appropriate toys, books, and educational resources that keep the children engaged and excited about learning.We've noticed significant progress in our son's development.The staff keeps us well-informed about our son's daily activities, meals, and even little milestones he achieves along the way.Our experience has been nothing short of amazing.Thank you to all the wonderful staff

Staff are absolutely wonderful. Made us feel so at ease from the moment we signed up. My daughter has been going for just over a year and has blossomed so much thanks to the staff. If have any issues etc they are happy to help and fully sort everything in sufficient timing.

Signed my son up to Enchanted when he was about 15 months old. It was in amongst Covid lockdowns and we hadn't actually been inside to see but spoke to the staff and read reviews and decided it was the nursery for us.Every single member of staff is incredible, whether they are management or the nursery key workers themselves. They get to know your child inside and out and really do make you feel like family. Management are incredibly accommodating and understanding. There's nothing you can't ask them. The key workers become an extended family to the children and they really do want the best for them.They make every celebration special throughout the year and they really do think of everything!My son has now left and is going to school and, despite moving out of the area, we signed our daughter up to Enchanted too! There's nowhere else we would ever send her and even she is at home there already!If you're reading this and haven't yet made a decision about a nursery place, choose Enchanted. I promise you won't be disappointed!

It is a very nice place, with nice staff who care and talk very kindly. After looking around the place briefly and another 5-6 other nurseries this one stood out I knew it was a good decision. My little girl goes in every morning excited and during holidays time too.I highly recommend this nursery to any parent.
