we purchased our Gobur 12/2t slimline from Gobur caravans in early august 22, the service we received from Kevin and patsy was first class , kevin was very patient explaining everything so well , including a comprehensive demo on setting up , we stayed on a local site for the first 2 nights whilst we got used to things , Kevin even called past on the first night to check we had managed ok !The next day I popped in for some advice on attaching the awning , not only did I get sound advice Kevin set one up in the showroom for me .Since then we have had 5 happy and comfortable trips away without any problems ,( the caravan mover was particularly a good purchase )I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the product and know that I can get sound advice during office hours with any problems , superb service , thank you Kevin and team
