We were very impressed. Our driver Rana Atif arrived 5 minutes early and was an excellent and safe driver. We had a very safe and good journey from Heathrow to Gatwick with him and we would definitely use this company again. No problems whatsoever.

I need a taxi to go from Derbyshire to Heathrow and looked on line. I was nervous as I did not want to book a scam. I chose Pumpkin Cars as had good reviews and was very, very happy with the service. I would certainly recommend and would definitely use again

Journey going to Heathrow was excellent. Car came on time and we arrived early. Very nice driver. Coming back not quite so good as had to wait a long time to locate meeting place.

I asked if the driver could turn up early - but arrived 10-15 minutes late. The interior of the car was bad - dirty, tired and full of black marks and scratches all over the interior.

Absolute disgrace. Driver continued to insist on cash for extra waiting time (airport pickup) but I wasn't paying cash and he finally called the office who emailed a link to pay by card - obviously wanted that 20 quid all for himself. This was the day we had 40 degrees - he refused to turn on the air con so my friend and I were forced to ensure an uncomfortable and unsafe transfer. It was an oven and the worst journey I have ever had. We had to stop early and get an Uber, we just couldn't stand it. I have emailed Pumpkin twice and no response. No one answers the phones. Honestly, don't bother trying to support this local car firm just get an Uber. You'll be much better off. Oh, and I can see the company owner is even reviewing his own firm here in Google Reviews! Nice one.EDIT: To confirm (and correct the company's response below) I had no issue with being charged the waiting time - this was a distraction from the real issue/s. Second, the final destination was another 40 minutes (not 20) so 70% of the journey (not 90) was completed before stopping. Third, the cars should be functioning correctly and the fact they think it's appropriate to expect customers to request working cars once their journey is underway says it all really...
