Aleks’ yoga classes are an amazing blend of positivity and flexibility. They certainly leave you feeling that you have had a workout, but Aleks is also careful to provide adjustments that mean that her classes are suitable for everyone, and she clearly cares deeply about all her students and their improvements as individuals. I have never left a class with Aleks feeling anything other than uplifted, and her positive outlook on life is infectious. I could not recommend her more, whether you are new to yoga or a yogi yourself. You won’t regret giving her classes a go, and you will definitely find something to suit you!
