Kind, friendly and efficient staff who know exactly what they are doing. You can tell they love their jobs and the animals they treat. Makes such a difference when it's more about the health and wellbeing of the animal than how much they can charge. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

A very quick and efficient service recently, when my dog had his teeth cleaned.Luckily there were no extractions, but the pricing was very competitive anyway.My dog came home the same day, and now has gleaming teeth again.I am very pleased that he was very well looked after, highly recommended.

Couldn't help me at that moment but did give me details of another vets to try for a certain vaccine

More concerned about how far she may have to drive at midnight than to come out and visit a dog in pain, and your phone reception was rubbish, but you still heard him in pain.Disgraceful attitude to pets.AND YOU DARE TO PROUDLY HAVE A SIGN OUTSIDE SAYINGCALL OUTS 24/7. FRAUDS TAKE IT DOWNYOU DISGUST ME. I PROMISE AND SOLEMNLY DECLARE that I will pursue the work of my profession with integrity and accept my responsibilities to the public

I had such a terrible experience at this vet that as soon as I walked out the doors I rang another one to register with as I felt I could no longer trust them with my animals. I took my elderly rabbit to have his nails trimmed and after waiting in an crowded, tiny reception (both bad for covid and the animals) for nearly 20 minutes after my appointment time with no staff member coming through to check who was in reception, I was told that my appointment had been booked for the week after by mistake with no apology offered. I was asked to wait a further 15 minutes - all the while whilst my rabbit was getting increasingly stressed. They then, quite rudely, took him into the back where they kept him for a further 15 minutes. It only takes a few minutes to trim his nails so I'm quite convinced he was shoved in a corner until they found time to eventually see to him. When he was passed back to me, they had not even bothered to tie his cage - had I not realised in the nick of time he would have fallen out into a reception filled with dogs.The vets lists itself as being a 'rabbit-friendly' practice and I was later told after registering that they were not and this needed updating. My rabbit was so stressed after this experience he was not back to his usual self for a few days. Aside from the lack of care shown to my pet, I found the staff rude and unprofessional. When I rang to let them know I had registered elsewhere and that a new vets would be ringing for my details, the receptionist was not the least bit interested and didn't even bother to get my name which, again, I found very unprofessional.I would encourage anyone to register elsewhere and not risk taking your (especially small) animals here.
