Had Greg Tymkow out to replace my old boiler recently, I've never had so much confidence in a gas engineers work prior to this experience. He was professional and informative the entire way through. Obviously no one wants to have to replace their boiler, but I can honestly say the price point was well worth the service I received. I previously had a gas leak of carbon monoxide and have become quite anxious as a result, but Greg assured me of his work and went through all the tests with me to put my mind at ease. Some tea and cake later and I am all set for the winter. Thank you, Greg.

I agree with many other reviews that this company have no integrity and want to wring as much money out if you as possible. Reviews on the Web look almost 5 star until you get up 'most recent' reviews then it all changes.Avoid and do some research until you find someone honest charging reasonable priced

Beware of this company; they are running an absolute scam. They are not just expensive, but commit outright fraud.All we needed was our radiators being taken down and later put back up for a decorating job. The guy, Ricky, who came to hang the rads back up completely screwed us over. He made up some story about our boiler not being safe to run anymore even though all the checks he did were satisfactory. He then went and damaged the boiler by taking a valve out to stop it from working - see picture ! For all this they then took £360 from our account. It sounds very similar to some of the other reviews here and seems to be a popular trick used by the company’s engineers to run up a massive bill. I can only encourage everyone with similar experience to try and get their money back from the company. There is the option to report them to industry standards and also to go to small claims court to get justice.

I've had two experiences with Plumbing Force over as many weeks for my boiler, one to come and look at it after we moved in to check it was safe, and the other to do repairs on the boiler and gas system because of a leak. I chose them because they were the only company who could attend at short notice to look at my boiler and gas system in London. Both experiences with the contractors they sent out were good. Ricky and Bradley were friendly, professional, and very helpful. They kept me informed of what they were doing throughout the works, and also explained why they were doing it. They were also very helpful in giving some advice on things to keep an eye on with the boiler (which is a few years old) and a couple of other things they spotted too.Before they arrived the first time I obviously read the recent reviews and got a bit nervous, but my experience has been good and I wanted to write this review to balance things out. Obviously it only reflects my personal experiences and I can't comment on anyone else's, but I am very happy with how it all went. My only critique is that I think the office staff who deal with bookings could be a bit better with communicating with, and explaining things to customers, as I wasn't aware they'd take a hold for the amount owed on my card when they did. Ricky explained this to me when I asked, however.So for me, Plumbing Force did a good job that I'm happy with in a good timescale with friendly and professional guys. I will use them again.

A very pleasant, polite and professional engineer. Very informative on all matters about boiler service and answered any questions I had reference my heating. Have used plumbing force for 3 years now with a big thumbs up.

I’ve used Plumbingforce numerous times. As their same day service is incredible up against other companies that leave you waiting.Stewart was very professional and the quality of work as normal was superb.

Very pleased with the very quick response when we needed a plumber. Steven was helpful, reassuring and a very tidy worker! He wasn’t able to fix the problem on the first visit because parts had to be ordered but we were able to book a return visit at a time to suit us. Very efficient company.

I'd like to rate this company but I cant as they didn't turn up 3 times' I made an appointment for them to come between 10.00am and 2pm on Wednesday. They called just before 2pm to say they couldn't make it and would come between 2pm and 6pm. Just before 6pm they called again to say the engineer couldn't make it. We agreed for him to come between 1pm and 5pm on Thursday. Guess what...........he couldn't make it. 1.5 days wasted. Don't waste your time with them. I can't give 0 stars sadly. Looking at the other reviews I had a lucky escape

Compete disgrace of a company.I had a leaking radiator, the guy came tightened it with a spanner and left. It leaked again within a few hours.I called them back the next day, they came the day after and replaced the damaged part.They told me they would not charge me again but had to take a retaining fee, then took the second payment and refused to refund it, claiming another plumber must have damaged it within the day in between.Complete theft.Avoid this company unless you wish to pay twice for the same job.This company has a lot of good reviews which is why I hired them, but if you look at the most recent reviews they are almost all 1 star.
