Good range range of products at competitive prices, and this Company all importantly can offer you a test ride before you buy (as long as you have adequate ID, say - car keys, credit card / debit cards, etc. as collateral). This was a deal maker for me as I was buying an expensive e-bike! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and actually listen to your needs as a customer. The whole experience was totally 10 / 10. I bought my bike with these Guys and I am glad I did.

SIX STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐If I could give these guys, and especially Adam, six stars I would.We were touring with our motorhome and e-bikes and had a problem with a Cube not functioning at all. The initial advice over phone was welcoming and clearly knowledgeable.His face-to-face service was even better.Although they could not fix the problem even though they tried every which way, including contacting Bosch, they charged a more than reasonable price and certainly less than we were expecting.Thank you to the whole team.

I recently hurt my back and was recommended a bike fit as one of the aspects of my rehabilitation.I worked with Peter who was detailed and professional to the highest degree and spoke from great experience..he took umpteen measurements and came up with sensible recommendations/changes that I was happy for him to carry out.Although I've not been able to travel much distance on the updated machine, I'm confident that the work he did has changed things to a massive degree and I look forward to using it further.Highly recommended place, plus some of the kit they hold is awesome, it really is a fabulous all round shop with top staff.

Had a bike fit prior to embarking on Winter training and was very pleased with the result, so much so that I left my bike with them to be repaired with all new bearings in the wheels, headset and bottom bracket after water ingress. I now have a new bike that both fits me and is running sweet as a nut. Quick service for such a fiddly job with an integrated headset.Many thanks to Peter(bike fit) and also to Mark the Mechanic who did my bike for me.

Great experience today at County Cycles just needed a presta adapter for my pump and a front wheel needed new bearings, I made them aware I was only in the area for a short period, and they managed to get it done in a few hours and I fetched in the same day. Thank you for great customer service and the mechanic fitting this job in for me, highly recommend.
